I doubt about the artist Colin Westingdale - Yandex opened completely different pictures to me by searching for him and gave me a link to a site where it seems to be mentioned and for some reason a picture from Keith Stapleton under his authorship.
The painting is more Keith Stapleton or Ray Cresswell, I tend to Keith Stapleton.
